Welcome to Footbills. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, mobile applications, or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “Footbills,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Footbills Ltd (or the legal entity operating the Footbills platform).
- “You” or “User” means any person or entity using our services.
- “Services” refers to the products and functionalities provided by Footbills, including bill payments (airtime, data, electricity, TV), virtual numbers, social media marketing (SMM), eSIM activation, and digital wallet.
- “Third-party Providers” means external service providers (e.g., utility companies, telecom operators, social media platforms) whose services are accessed through Footbills.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using any of Footbills’ services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age required by applicable law to use our services).
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we post on our platform.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use certain features (like bill payments or wallet), you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, PIN).
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account unless you notify us of a security breach promptly.
4. Use of Services
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform for money laundering, fraudulent activities, or any illegal purpose.
- You must not misuse the virtual number service (e.g., for spamming or illicit activity).
- For social media boosting (SMM), you acknowledge that the results (likes, followers, views) vary and are subject to the policies of the respective social platforms.
5. Transactions & Payments
- When you make a payment (for airtime, data, electricity, TV, or other bills), you authorize Footbills to debit your funding source (wallet, card, bank, etc.).
- All transaction fees (if any) will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any payment.
- Once a transaction is completed, it is generally final. Mistakes (e.g., wrong meter number, wrong TV account) are your responsibility — double-check before you pay.
- Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy, typically in cases of failed or undelivered services due to an error on Footbills’ side or a Third-Party Provider.
6. eSIM Services
- By activating an eSIM via Footbills, you agree to the eSIM provider’s terms (which may be separate).
- eSIM activation is subject to network availability, local telecom regulations, and technical constraints.
- We do not guarantee continuous eSIM connectivity; network issues may arise due to local telecom limitations.
7. Virtual Number Services
- Virtual numbers are provided for verification and related usage, but may not be suitable for all uses (e.g., long-term personal line).
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of virtual numbers, including for accounts that do not accept virtual numbers.
- Footbills may suspend or revoke virtual number access if there is suspected misuse.
8. SMM (Social Media Marketing) Services
- Footbills provides “boosting” services (followers, likes, views) through third-party or proprietary mechanisms.
- Results are not guaranteed and depend on platform algorithms, quality of content, and other external factors.
- You agree to comply with the terms of service of the social media platforms you are boosting.
- Footbills does not support or condone fraudulent or fake engagement schemes.
9. Wallet & Funding
- Footbills may provide a digital wallet to fund transactions. You must only deposit funds from legal sources.
- Wallet balance is subject to our internal policies — unutilized funds may be subject to inactivity or other fees, as described in our policy.
- We may impose limits on wallet usage, top-ups, or withdrawals.
10. Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, secure servers) to protect your data and transactions.
- However, no system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You are responsible for securing your device, login credentials, and performing necessary safety steps (e.g., not using public Wi-Fi for sensitive transactions, logging out when done, etc.).
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Footbills platform (logo, design, software, text) is owned by Footbills or licensed to Footbills.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
- If you upload content (e.g., for social media campaigns), you retain ownership, but grant Footbills a license to use, modify, or distribute it as necessary to provide the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footbills shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, business, etc.)
- Losses caused by your mistake (e.g., wrong account number), misuse of services, or failure to secure your account
- Disruptions in third-party services (telecom networks, utility providers, social platforms)
- Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction will be limited to the amount of that transaction (or any refund we agree to), unless otherwise required by law.
13. Dispute Resolution
- If you have a dispute (e.g., failed transaction, refund issue), first contact our customer support: support@footbills.com.
- We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- If we cannot resolve the dispute, we may use mediation or other dispute resolution mechanisms.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, and any legal action will be brought to the appropriate court.
14. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
- You can also close your account; upon closure, any wallet balance or pending transactions will be handled per our policy.
- Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination (e.g., outstanding payments).
15. Changes to the Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- When we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or app notification).
- Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
16. Privacy
Your use of Footbills is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
